Business Buddies: Networking for Friendship Best Buddies Florida
Business Buddies is a monthly social and networking opportunity that benefits Best Buddies of Florida. Business Buddies events are held monthly within the Ft. Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando and Tampa business communities. These events provide an opportunity for young professionals to come together and network for a good cause.

Open to all ages and abilities! The event features a 100, 62, or 15-mile bike ride, and 5K run, and 3K walk options. With participation of celebrities and professional athletes, a gourmet barbecue and concert by the Black Eyed Peas, this event has something for everyone!

Ye be warned! Best Buddies' Midnight Madness is an off-the-wall scavenger hunt with teams consisting of 6-10 players representing numerous organizations on a quest that ends with a concert and/or DJ'd party open to all students on campus.
February 1, 2008 The 2008 Moveable Feast on Lincoln Road Miami, Florida On Friday, February 1st, 2008, Miami's most delicious charity event, The Moveable Feast presented by Great Florida Bank, featured cocktails and all types of eats from favorite Lincoln Road restaurants. Over 400 attendees munched as they moved in this fun and food-filled event, which includes a progressive dinner, silent auction and after party - all to support Best Buddies programs in Miami. Funds raised at this year's event surpassed the $60,000 mark, more than doubling previous year's totals.
November 2, 2007 7th Annual Art of Friendship Orlando, Florida
Best Buddies Orlando held the 7th Annual Art of Friendship, November 2, 2007 at the exclusive University Club in Downtown Orlando. Best Buddies Florida hosted an unforgettable evening of friendship featuring live performances from celebrated artists, scrumptious cuisine and cocktails from some of Central Florida's best eateries and a Silent Auction filled with attractions and getaway packages. Performances included dancers, actors, artists, musicians, buddy pairs speaking on the art of their friendships, and works of art completed by our program participants.

Best Buddies Florida, with the support of the Tampa Business Buddies Council, held its second annual Golf Classic “Putting fore Friendships” on Friday, October 19, at Cheval Country Club.
November 16, 2007 Cruises & Cocktails Pompano Beach, Florida
Set Your Sails to the Friend(ship)!
On Friday November 16, 2007, hundreds of South Florida residents gathered at "Cruises and Cocktails," an outdoor, waterside soirée at the Marine Max in Pompano Beach. Guests enjoyed exclusive tours on Sea Ray yachts and feasted on unlimited beer, wine, and appetizers. VIP guest also received complimentary valet parking, a special VIP entrance and area, and martini bar. Exciting live auctions, featuring fabulous items, were held throughout the evening led by special guest "J" of 93 ROCK's "J and Dave in the Morning."
